TRUST 110%. Purchased my first home in Tonawanda fell in love with the charm of the house. I finally closed and had my new keys walked into my new empty home and burst out in tears what I didn’t check was under the large area rugs never noticed that the floors were only redone around the area rugs. After searching and having multiple conversations with wood floor guys who think because I’m a girl that I wouldn’t know much I contacted Joe Perrelli from Perrelli wood floor refinishing and found that not only did he explain every step of the process and lay multiple swatches for me so I was able to visually see exactly what I wanted and how it would blend I ended up with a custom color. he spent the extra time checking the progress checking in with me and his guys. I’m in love with my new floors and my house all over again. I only wish they did other work easiest company to work with.
